We all want to work more strategically, but how does this work in real-life, pressured environments, such as tech...Open your mind to the possibilities of creative thinking, idea generation and working backwards from your goal to make the most of technical innovation.This engaging practical workshop introduces you to some idea generation techniques, to help realise, and focus on, potential opportunities in busy technical environments. Delegates will use a variety of techniques including backcasting, working backwards from a project objective and will then practise these techniques during the interactive breakout sessions with fellow attendees, so that they can see how it works in practical situations, enabling application when they need them.
