Vulnerable Customer eXperience (VCX) is a customer service training business helping UK companies to ensure their colleagues exceed the regulatory guidelines for treating vulnerable customers fairly. Our team has been championing these skills and understanding the management implications since February 2018. The VCX learning journey starts with two essential modules covering questioning techniques, compliant data recording & managing disclosures of self-harm. Once these modules are completed users can access The Signpost database of vulnerability that ensures a compassionate and compliant customer experience.
