The Health Education England (HEE) Guidelines identifies Tattooing as outside of scope for Level 4, however technicians prefer to have received a Level 4 education for the work that they undertake. Many Local Authorities are now asking Scalp technicians to have a Level 4 certificate as part of the inspection and licence of premises process. This programme is designed to equip learners with the knowledge and understanding in the delivery of scalp micro procedures. Target Audience: -All personnel who are delivering scalp micro pigmentation.Pre Requisite: Level 3 Beauty or equivalent.
