The Health Education England (HEE) Guidelines recommends that individuals who are delivering the removal of semi permanent makeup/tattoo eyeliner removal within the pre-orbital rim should receive training to Level 7 across the sector and with clinical professional oversight. Target Audience: - Practitioners/Technicians within the Semi Permanent Make up field. Pre Requisite: Completion of Level 4 Core of Knowledge for the use of Lasers and Level 5 Laser Tattoo Removal.
