A brief description about this Activity.
This is a course designed for current aesthetic practitioners that have been qualified at least six months at foundation level and wish to move onto advanced dermal filler procedures. The course compromises of some basic dermal filler knowledge, the benefits of using a canula to administer dermal fillers vs the needle, advanced injection techniques and information relating to the advances arears you will learn to fill which are tear trough, the cheeks and jaw. The course also includes first aid, anaphylaxis, necrosis and the use of hyaluronidase in aesthetic practice. On completion of the course the advanced aesthetic practitioner will be able to safely deliver tear trough fillers via the cannula method and cheek and jaw augmentation using dermal fillers. They will have the confidence to deliver such methods as live models will be used during practical training sessions.
