A brief description about this Activity.
We are Accredited and highly regarded registered training providers. We are registered with the UK register of learning providers. You will be taught by our highly skilled trainers who have over a decade of nursing, medical and aesthetic experience. Insurance is guaranteed via our insurance provider insync and salon safe. The Course is broken down as follows;2 days of home study over one week which will comprise of Mandatory work books and learning outcomes. You will then attend the academy for 2 days for practical training. Classes are kept intentionally small so each delegate gets the one to one care and attention required to understand how to safely, confidently and competently provide the dermal filler service to patients. We have no more than two students at a time to one trainer. Our high level training strictly follows the HEE guidelines and contrary to the opinion of others you can legally train and perform Dermal Filler treatments with the correct training, background and qualification. During your time with us you will be expected to learn and achieve the following learning outcomes: ~ The principles of Dermal Fillers. ~ The patient consultation process and effective medical history taking. ~ Selecting the correct Dermal Fillers for your patients ~ Equipment and Treatment Principles ~ First Aid ~Anaphylaxis Training ~ Complications and Emergency Protocols~ The reversal of Dermal fillers using hyaluronidase ~ Simulation training using specialist injectable models ~ Practical models based on your chosen Learning pathway. ~ You will be expected to sit a multiple choice exam whilst you are at the academy so that we can ensure that you have effectively learned the principles of delivering Dermal filler treatments. We pride ourselves on delivering a lifetime of aftercare and support to our students once they have finished training at our academy. We have dedicated social media groups that all students are invited to and help and advice is there 24/7. You will receive a certificate of attendance and an Accredited CPD certificate post training. We will also assist you to arrange pharmacy access and you will be assigned a Nurse or Doctor Prescriber (if you do not hold a prescribing qualification) before you leave the academy to ensure all of your prescription only items for practice are provided.
