The Health Education England (HEE) Guidelines identifies Permanent Make-up (PMU) as currently outside of scope for Level 4, however technicians prefer to have received a Level 4 education for the work that they undertake and to offer good practice. Many Local Authorities are now asking Permanent Make Up (PMU) technicians to have a Level 4 certificate as part of the inspection and licence of premises process. This programme is designed to equip learners with the knowledge and understanding in the delivery of permanent make up (PMU)Target Audience: -All personnel who are delivering micro pigmentation/permanent make up (PMU).Pre Requisite: Level 3 Beauty or equivalent.
