This training program for NICU nursing trainers provides them with tools needed to effectively transfer knowledge concerning neonatal intensive care. The didactical focus will be combined with the treatment of critically ill newborns Apart from the teaching skills, the course will enhance the participants knowledge of physiology, pharmacology, evidence based medicine and practical skills on the neonatal intensive care unit.
