The DPA 2004 incorporate the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018 into the Laws of Gibraltar. This course provides a comprehensive insight into the requirements for law enforcement and intelligence services processing under Parts 3 and 4 respectively of the 2004 Act.Designed for anyone with responsibility for GDPR and data protection compliance requirements within their respective organisation (e.g. DPO, data protection leads, customs officers, compliance managers, police officers, intelligence services, data protection lawyers, government departments - court and tribunal services, financial services).
