A brief description about this Activity.

A 5 day Boot Camp approach which is an Introduction to a career in Health and Social Care. Learners will attend a range of short courses which will equip them with all the underpinning knowledge to achieve their Care Certificate. Each session has a workbook which they complete and take back to the workplace for their manager to observe their competency across the Care Certificate Standards. Learners can complete 5 consecutive days or mix and match according to workplace needs. This week contains a Full day Safer Moving and Handling of People course.
