A brief description about this Activity.
This session is suitable for individuals or staff groups who want to gain an awareness of their responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999. The content will ensure that Employers and Employees can comply with legislation and raise awareness of the need to provide and work in a healthy, safe environment ensuring the welfare of every-one. Learners will look at risk assessment and near misses across a range of environments.
