A brief description about this Activity.

The aim of this Train the Trainer course is to provide delegates with the knowledge and tools to be able to deliver an interactive, informative and engaging training session to their staff team.The Train the Trainer element has been designed to support delegates to understand the qualities of a successful trainer. They will be learn about the different learning styles and how to adapt training accordingly and use a variety of methods.The Safe Handling of Medicines and Administration of Medication Training element provides delegates with the skills, materials and knowledge to confidently develop and deliver medication training to employees and undertake competency assessments.
