This online training course encompasses all the Learning Outcomes on Level 1 plus 3 extra Learning Outcomes. The course teaches people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis. It will raise your understanding of various mental health problems that exist, what may cause them, and what can be done to improve things. This course will teach you to listen, reassure and respond, even in a crisis and is intended for managers, supervisors, team leaders, human resources personnel and anyone else who manages people and has some responsibility over their health and wellbeing.
