A brief description about this Activity.
The recent appearance of terms like eco-anxiety into our psychological vocabulary can be taken as a sign of increasing ecological awareness within the psychotherapeutic disciplines. This online training event explores thoughts through an ecopsychological lens informed by existential psychotherapy. We will explore the reciprocal benefits of human-nature connection and Matthew will invite you to consider that the most useful thing therapists can do in this context is engage with the therapeutic needs that emerge when we hold the reality of climate crisis in authentic awareness.
