A brief description about this Activity.
This workshop will introduce you to the concept of flow (a mental state of optimal experience). Topics covered will include; What flow is, including definitions, flow history and research, flow foundations, flow characteristics, flow inhibitors and facilitating flow. Recognising what can inhibit flow is almost as important as what can facilitate it and this is one of the keys to unlocking your potential to experiencing it.The workshop comprises of directed pre-workshop learning in preparation for a 3-hour online interactive session on Zoom and followed by directed post workshop growth so that you can apply what you have learnt into your everyday life and coaching practice if applicable.
