This course will introduce you to the concept of flow (a mental state of optimal experience). Topics covered will include; What flow is, including definitions, flow history and research, flow foundations, flow characteristics, flow inhibitors and facilitating flow. Recognising what can inhibit flow is almost as important as what can facilitate it and this is one of the keys to unlocking your potential to experiencing it.
