This course builds upon the fundamentals learned in Module 1 and introduces the hard skills of self-defence and how to fight back if you need to. This module contains video instruction of each technique and uses a principle-based method of instruction meaning you will be able to apply the information anywhere, at any time. You will learn: Body mechanics: how to move your whole body to create power. Three basic defence techniques. Three fundamental footwork techniques. How to practice these techniques.
