A brief description about this Activity.

You will find a practical programme, full of step-by-step guidance in Health and Safety management systems, with a sharp school-business focus. You will also find that the highly innovative format and content engages and inspires candidates critical to getting essential health and safety messages across to others in the school team. Delegates will gain an understanding of current relevant Health and safety legislation in addition to guidance provided by DfE and be able to get up to speed on the practical actions they need to take to handle health and safety.The course is broken up into 4 learning modules:Part 1 - Health, safety and the LawPart 2 - Managing Risks and HazardsPart 3 - Accident reporting and investigationPart 4 - Measuring PerformanceThe course has been developed by a professional qualified HSE consultant so that it would incorporate pracitical experience and real-life examples of management systems in a school environment. All course materials can be completed digitally. This is a tutor-led course with on going support that leads to a Level III qualification.
