This course will help you to understand the Governments PREVENT strategy, and how your role in the health and social care sector relates to the wider approach of identifying and preventing radicalisation.Radicalisation is a process, not a singular event, and healthcare workers have a higher probability of encountering someone who is at risk of radicalisation.As such, it is vital that you can recognise the warning signs and understand how personal circumstances can make someone more vulnerable to being radicalised. You also need to be familiar with how to collect, store, and share information about radicalisation concerns."
