A brief description about this Activity.
In this course we discuss the fundamentals of SharePoint you will learn how to navigate a SharePoint site, study the 3 main security groups, how to add and remove users and understand the permissions for each group. We will teach you how to use a document library and basic document management in SharePoint. SharePoint lists will be explained, including pages and how to modify them by using web parts available in SharePoint online. The SharePoint Fundamentals course will provide the novice user with a thorough understanding of the basic SharePoint building blocks, such as Lists, Libraries and Pages. You will have the opportunity to examine and test the software functionality in a dedicated training environment. You will explore SharePoint as a Site Owner to understand and work with the settings and permissions available in a SharePoint site.
