Whether youre a fan of Office 365 or not, its hard to deny that its the hottest topic right now in the information management community. On this course we discuss the suite of Office 365 products in a records management context, exploring what Office 365 really is, how it meets, or fails to meet existing standards (MoReq2, ISO 16175 and 19475), and looking at approaches to implementation. With a focus on the new Advanced Data Governance features including Labels, Microsofts answer to classification, we will show you the latest functionality and how to make the most of it. Together, we explore the limitations, and the practical solutions you can apply in your organisation. We will also help you to understand the options available to you, and the licensing implications of each, giving attendees the confidence to move forwards and embed best practice. This is a two-day course with hands on experience in an office 365 training environment. You will be given an understanding of the most up to date technology underpinned by records management best practice and standards.
