A brief description about this Activity.

Supporting vulnerable People and Frontline Health Care Professionals who come across Verbal and Physical aggression, team conflicts and tensions and how to deal with that in a more supportive manner. Providing training for frontline staff to be able to deal with their emotions and also be professional in dealing with aggression from patients following care plans ,families and public following organisational policies ,the importance of training, mediation, supervision, staff meetings as well as families and visitors feedback in dealing with conflicts.
