Oftentimes people seek out therapy because their lives are not turning out as they had hoped, and they want help getting back on track. But then weekly therapy sessions frequently devolve into 50 minutes of griping about immediate problems, so the big picture gets diluted over time. This program was developed to keep people focused on solving their problems and living their best lives. The Creative Cognitive Therapy Method is a comprehensive and integrative system that combines traditional cognitive behavioral therapy with Art Therapy techniques to help clients understand themselves on a much deeper level and make real changes towards a better version of themselves. This is a short term, 10 session, solution focused program to help your clients stay focused, gain new perspectives and enhance their daily coping skills. Each sessions is very specific, solution focused and includes a goal, a motivational quote, a CBT technique, an Art Therapy technique and homework. Learn this unique program first-hand. This is an interactive workshop that includes drawing, lecture, discussion and short video excerpts of a real person going through the entire Creative Cognitive Therapy Method, all 10 sessions, as if you were a fly-on-the-wall in the therapy office.
