The course will allow participants who work in the health sector to gain knowledge, skills and awareness of how to deliver quality patient or person centred care through empowerment and collaboration in a dignified manner , and respectful manner respecting the patient and their families wishes always in their best interest at that time of end of their life underpinned by current NICE and CQC guidelines.
