A brief description about this Activity.
Our Equity and Diversity programme, is created for people to engage in challenging, sensitive and liberating conversations, with self and with others of diverse faiths and cultural backgrounds. People will explore culture, stereo types, prejudice, discrimination and unconscious biases. In a supportive environment people will reflect on their own thoughts and the view points of others, enabling them to have conversations with other people about themselves and the communities they come from. Each event is facilitated by experienced trainers.
