A brief description about this Activity.
This session will present a range of experiential exercises such as identifying triggers, body scans, 60 second mindfulness, and explore how to make a mood basket, cookie jar, and a range of containment boxes, as well as how to use Russian Dolls. Emphasis will be placed on using all the five sense and the expressive therapies that activate right brain engagement. It will also examine how to work through shame to restore authentic pride, compassion and empathy for the self.
