A brief description about this Activity.
This face to face and E learning course is designed to ensure that participants can gain knowledge, awareness and first aid clinical skills of supporting stroke ,asthmatic, epileptic, anaphylaxis, diabetic, wound , Covid 19, choking, shock, bleeding, burns and scalds, cuts and grazes, fractures, drowning and poisoned casualties, presenting signs and symptoms and current evidence-based treatments and prevention To achieve this patient centred care approach /effective communication/consent, capacity, and decision-making processes during first aid interventions will be encouraged for the best interest of all casualties. Also participants can gain knowledge, awareness and first aid clinical skills in line with current UK Resuscitation guidelines in supporting casualties, presenting with medical emergencies either conscious or unconscious. All participants will gain knowledge, understanding , awareness and skills of completing incident reports and RIDDOR reporting to any work-related injuries and deaths during first aid interventions
