Course is dedicated for aestheticians and beauty therapists (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) as well as health care professionals such as doctors, dentists and nurses who would like to expand their list of services to their clients. Vascular lesions are often a cause of great concern to patients.Determining the appropriate wavelength, pulse duration, and fluence enables practitioners to selectively target hemoglobin within blood vessels without damaging the surrounding tissue. As a result, side effects such as dyspigmentation and scarring are minimal. This course reviews the types of lasers currently available to treat common vascular lesions, describes treatment strategies and highlights methods to minimize adverse effects and prepare students for deep understanding of the treatments and technologies.After online theory learner will be asked to provide 5 case studies and short movies demonstrating consultation and the treatment. When it is needed practice can be booked with our tutor. Final assessment and written exam is required to issue the certificate
