While we’re taught to speak from a young age, few of us are ever taught to listen. This module dives deep into the art and science of listening with intention, challenging participants to shift from simply hearing words to understanding their meaning. Leaders will uncover strategies to dismantle communication barriers, tune into non-verbal cues, and practice empathy in their daily interactions.
