Overview for Modern Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) with Professor Windy Dryden

A brief description about this Activity.

Drawing on Windy Dryden’s forthcoming book The Rational Emotive Behavioural Counselling Primer this online workshop describes the principles and practice of REBT and how it is informed by a range of therapeutic ideas. Professor Dryden will demonstrate the way he works in REBT with a volunteer from the audience who has a pressing concern that they are prepared to discuss with me in front of an online audience. Plenty of time will be given to participants to share their doubts, reservations and objections to REBT.
