A brief description about this Activity.
The main goal of this course is to present and explore the treatment planning system (TPS) Monaco®, by addressing some of the main difficulties in using it in the clinical context. This course will also provide knowledge that allows confidence to plan real clinical cases, by doing side-by-side training and creating your own templates. It is designed for beginner planners to help them integrate dosimetry planning into the clinical environment. By the end of the course the participants should be able to carry out simple dosimetry planning from start to finish autonomously. The course will be delivered by an experienced Monaco® planner, which is using Monaco® daily in a clinical routine environment.
