A brief description about this Activity.
The main goal of this course is to present and explore the Treatment Planning System (TPS) Monaco®, by addressing some of the main difficulties in using it in the clinical context. This course will also provide knowledge that allows confidence to plan real clinical cases, by doing side-by-side training and creating your own templates. It is designed for intermediate planners to help them integrate dosimetry planning into the clinical environment. By the end of the course, participants should be able to autonomously carry out dosimetry planning with some complexity from start to finish. The course will be provided by an experienced Monaco planner, which is using Monaco daily in a clinical routine environment.
