Salt and Saline removal is a frequently used method of semi-permanent make-up removal, that lightens and lifts pigments that have been implanted in the skin during SPMU procedures. The process involves your normal SPMU procedure but instead of implanting pigment, you implant a salt/saline solution to draw pigment molecules from the skin.
