A brief description about this Provider.
To train and upskill adult learners, giving them the tools, methods and professional techniques to coach and support children through a variety of different forms of social, mental and emotional development. The transition from primary to secondary for students can be a fearful and nerve-racking experience, we aim to provide students with the mental tools to feel safe and confident through the process of this transition. Encouraging year 7 with a sense of coaching, mentorship and responsibility will help year 6 seek comfort in the knowledge that they will be seeing friendly faces on their journey to secondary school. Again, the project is completely bespoke to the individual student and school however some of the mandatory areas of focus are: • Accelerated confidence and charisma throughout life. • Ability to mould a conversation to create a successful outcome. • Rock solid resilience designed to delete the quitting mentality. • Growth of leadership skills. • How to be bullyproofed using verbal cues and strong body language. • Fast processing and problem-solving skills
