Embodied Processing

The Embodied Process is the bottom up approach to working with trauma, low self esteem, anxiety, addiction, depression and a myriad of other stress related issues.

This process was created based on years of lived experience, research, training and client sessions.
The creators have incorporated the best methods to help practitioners and clients deepen not only their ability to work with what was once unworkable with normal psychology, but to also deepen into themselves and live a much more present and embodied life.

The courses theory is delivered via video & text on the platform Kajabi, which is laptop, mobile, tablet & desktop friendly.
There are monthly live support calls delivered via Zoom (all support calls are recorded and sent to students that couldn't make it live).
All students are also part of a private Facebook group with new content, live Q&A's and student to student connection.

Every lesson has a downloadable audio file for those that are blind, sight impaired or suffer from dyslexia.

This training was written, designed & produced from January 2020 to December 2020.
It was officially launched in February 2021.
