Psychological First Aid

As stated in Republic Act 11036 or the Mental Health Act, employers shall develop appropriate policies and programs on mental health in the workplace that is designed to raise awareness on mental health issues, correct the stigma and discrimination associated with mental health conditions, identify and provide support for individuals with mental health conditions to treatment and psychosocial support. Psychological First Aid is essential in enhancing the mental and emotional recovery of a person from challenges and traumatic experiences.

Our Psychological First Aid course will be instrumental for the participants in understanding their emotions and how can they deliver psychological interventions to those who have undergone or experienced challenges. At the end of the workshop, participants will be key players in creating a psychologically safe working environment.
