BODY MASSAGE COURSE

In this course, you will gain foundational knowledge of the human body's anatomy and physiology, focusing on muscles, bones, and systems relevant to massage therapy, and learn to identify key anatomical landmarks. You'll master Swedish massage techniques, developing skills in body mechanics, pressure adjustment, and stroke fluidity for effective and relaxing massages. The course will enhance your communication skills to effectively interact with clients, assess their needs, and obtain informed consent, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Hands-on training sessions with experienced instructors will provide personalised feedback and guidance to refine your massage skills and develop your unique style.
The course will be delivered face to face and will be assessed via practical and an assignment.
