Professional Pricing Programme

The Professional Pricing Programme helps bookkeepers and accountants develop the commercial skills needed to price confidently and profitably. Led by Jo Wood FICB and Zoe Whitman FCCA, it combines practical pricing models with behavioural psychology to support a shift from hourly rates to value-based, sustainable fees. Through on-demand lessons, transcripts, a pricing calculator and structured workbook activities, learners design tiered pricing and complete a personalised Pricing Strategy Plan. Participants finish with stronger business acumen, clearer communication around value, and a practical framework for reviewing and adjusting fees, strengthening both their own profitability and their ability to advise clients on pricing and financial sustainability. The programme is designed for practising or aspiring bookkeepers and accountants with foundational bookkeeping knowledge (e.g. ICB, AAT, IAB, ACCA or equivalent experience) and basic familiarity with spreadsheet tools such as Excel.
