The course covers client consultation and consent, nail and skin anatomy, product knowledge, correct liquid-to-powder ratios, acrylic application techniques, structure and apex placement, shaping and finishing, hygiene and infection control, identification and management of contraindications and contra-actions, safe removal procedures, aftercare advice, and professional standards of practice.

Prerequisites for Enrolment Learners are required to hold a Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent. This provides the essential foundational knowledge of nail anatomy, hygiene practices, and salon safety required to undertake acrylic nail treatments safely and effectively.
