The Core AI CPD Programme has been designed to empower teachers and school staff to use artificial intelligence safely, confidently and effectively in education.
While many schools already have access to tools such as Gemini and NotebookLM through Google Education, the majority have received little or no training on safe, compliant and practical implementation. Critical areas such as GDPR, safeguarding, school policy alignment and appropriate AI use are often overlooked.
This programme provides staff with the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to use AI in a way that reduces workload, improves consistency and supports better outcomes for pupils.
Importantly, staff learn not just how to use AI, but how to build safe, policy-aligned workflows and bespoke tools that reflect their school’s expectations and values.
The long-term goal is simple: less time spent on administration, more time supporting children.
