Advisory Teams - Leadership Programme - CPD Course

These three modules focus on creating, leading and working within effective advisory teams. Participants learn how to build and develop high-performing teams, recruit for advisory roles, manage the transition to advisory services and create a motivated, collaborative culture.

The programme develops practical leadership skills including delegation, decision-making, team empowerment and maintaining quality standards. It also equips team members to contribute confidently to advisory delivery through coaching, professional judgement, collaboration and effective client communication.

Participants explore how to support clients through change, manage resistance and pushback, handle challenging conversations and work collectively to deliver consistent, high-quality advisory services.

Prerequisites These modules are designed for accountants, bookkeepers and other accounting professionals who have an existing understanding of bookkeeping, accounting and client financial information. No formal academic prerequisites are required. Participants should have practical experience of working with business clients and financial information and an interest in developing, leading or working within a team-delivered advisory service.
