We looked for the company number on the home, About, Contact, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy pages and did not find it.

The CPD Accreditation page states that "Our team of industry experts reviews your courses against recognised standards". We looked for the standards themselves and did not find them on the pages reviewed. The Apply for Accreditation page publishes eligibility requirements: each educator must hold a teaching qualification and have been qualified in the course subject for at least six months; the business must hold public liability insurance and teaching risk cover; and the training venue must meet five listed standards. Pricing is published on the CPD Accreditation page as 12-month packages: Starter (1–5 courses) £189, Standard (5–10 courses) £339 and Unlimited (10+ courses) £599, with extra courses at £45 each on Starter and Standard.
A Terms of Service page is published; it covers use of the website. The Apply for Accreditation page sets out the termination terms of the accreditation agreement, under headings including "Right to terminate for breach" and "Opportunity to cure" (20 business days), termination for convenience on 30 days' notice and the law of England and Wales. A Refund & Return Policy is published. A Privacy Policy is published and refers to the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We looked for a complaints or appeals procedure for the accreditation service on the home, CPD Accreditation, Apply, About, Contact, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy pages and did not find one. The provider page we opened shows a centre number, an accreditation tier, a renewal date and a list of accredited courses, each with its own course number and CPD points. The CPD Accreditation page states that "Accreditation runs as a 12-month package and renews each year". An ICO register search by the name "Ashley Jade" returned one registration under a different name, a search for "Ashley Jade Ltd" returned no entries, and a search by the published postcode PR9 0SE returned five registrations under other names.
