The Accreditation page states that ABT reviews "your course manuals, materials, and the documentation we require" before courses can be insured. We looked for published accreditation criteria on the Accreditation, Corporate Teaching Insurance and About Us pages and did not find them; the Accreditation page links to a Terms & Conditions document and a Training Course Accreditation Form, served as downloads, which were not opened. The Accreditation page publishes a pricing structure for the initial application: £250 for up to 10 courses, £400 up to 15, £500 up to 20 and £600 over 20, with additional courses at £40 each and a possible £100 insurance administration fee for providers insured elsewhere. A Privacy Policy is published. The footer states "For information regarding the handling of complaints please see our terms of business or www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk"; we looked for terms of business on the pages reviewed and did not find them.
