Its registered office changed on 3 June 2026 from 141 Wrythe Lane, Carshalton, to The Owlers, West Hythe Road, Kent, CT21 4NS. Accounts for the year to 30 September 2025 (micro company accounts) and a confirmation statement dated 18 September 2026 are filed; the accounts for the year to 30 September 2024 were filed as dormant company accounts and later amended to micro company accounts. Companies House lists one director, who is also the person with significant control holding 75% or more of shares and voting rights. The Accreditation page describes Certified CPD as "a UK-registered training provider delivering face-to-face and online professional learning globally" that also accredits external courses. The Accreditation page, Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy publish an email address. The Privacy Policy states "you can write to us at our registered office" but does not give the address. We looked for a postal address, a telephone number and a named contact on the home, Accreditation, About Us, FAQ, Terms and Privacy pages and did not find them; the About Us page refers to "Our founder" without giving a name. The Accreditation page states that accreditation confirms that course content is accurate and current, that learning outcomes are clearly defined and measurable, that delivery and assessment methods are appropriate, and that courses "meet recognised CPD standards". We looked for the standards or assessment framework themselves and did not find them on the pages reviewed. We looked for accreditation prices on the home, Accreditation, FAQ and Terms pages and did not find them; the FAQ refers to "Transparent annual membership plans" and the Accreditation page invites enquiries. The published Terms & Conditions cover website orders, accounts and payments; we looked for terms specific to the accreditation service and did not find them. A Privacy Policy is published, last updated 17 July 2025. We looked for a complaints procedure and did not find one; the Privacy Policy refers to the right to complain to the ICO about data protection. The site is served over HTTPS.
The Accreditation page states that "Courses are reviewed by subject-matter experts from our global industry expert bank", and the FAQ lists submission of course materials, review by a specialist, and issue of an accreditation certificate, logos and verification credentials. We looked for a unique accreditation number for each accredited course and did not find one stated. The Accreditation page states that "Accreditation is subject to periodic review", and the FAQ lists "Ongoing compliance and annual renewal review". The Privacy Policy states an ICO registration number of C1543110; an ICO search for that number returned no entries. An ICO search by name returned Certified Cpd Ltd under registration ZB755868, registered on 20 September 2024, at the former registered office address.
