We looked for the legal entity behind the website on the home, Our Standards, Pricing, About, Contact, Complaints and Appeals, and Terms and Conditions pages. The site footer gives the name CPD International Group, a registered office at 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London HA4 7AE, and company number 16963721. The Companies House register shows CPD INTERNATIONAL GROUP (16963721), a private company limited by guarantee without share capital using the 'Limited' exemption, status active, incorporated on 14 January 2026, with the same registered office. The first accounts are due by 14 October 2027 and the first confirmation statement by 27 January 2027. The filing history shows the incorporation and a filing of 20 October 2026 recording that one of the two persons with significant control ceased on that date. The site footer and the Complaints & Appeals Policy publish the registered office address in Ruislip, a UK mobile number described as phone and WhatsApp, and an email address. The Contact page gives the email address and business hours. We looked for a named individual identified as a contact for clients or complaints on the home, Our Standards, Pricing, About, Contact, Complaints and Appeals, and Terms and Conditions pages and did not find one. The Our Standards page publishes six core assessment criteria (learning objectives, structure and content, learning outcomes, duration and CPD time value, delivery method, professional relevance) and a six-step review journey. The Pricing page publishes per-plan prices: Single, one course, GBP 295; Academy, three courses, GBP 795; Professional, six courses, GBP 1,195; Institute, fifteen courses, GBP 1,995; and a Provider Membership on request, each with one-year validity. Terms and Conditions are published, last updated 6 April 2026. The Terms refer to "our Privacy Policy"; we looked for a privacy policy in the navigation, the footer and at /privacy-policy and did not find one. A Complaints & Appeals Policy is published, last updated 12 August 2026, with stated timeframes and an appeal stage. The site is served over HTTPS.
The Our Standards page states that "Approved courses receive their certificate, CPD mark assets, and a listing in the CPD International directory", and prices are set per course. We looked for a unique accreditation number for each course and did not find one stated. The "Check out our directory" link leads to a provider portal sign-in page, and /directory returned page-not-found; we did not find a public list or lookup of accredited courses. The Terms state that accreditation is "typically 12 months unless otherwise stated" and that renewal may require updated materials. An ICO register search by name returned registration ZC221138 for Cpd International Group at the published Ruislip address, registered on 12 August 2026; a search by the published postcode returned more than 100 registrations.
