The FAQ states that annual accreditation is valid for 12 months from the approval date, and that monthly accreditation remains valid only whilst the subscription is active. The FAQ further confirms that the CPD Professionals badge must be removed if accreditation expires or is cancelled.

A defined renewal cycle therefore exists. However, it is not stated whether renewal involves a substantive re-assessment of course content or is an administrative renewal only. No process for handling material changes to a course between renewal cycles is published.

The CPD Register's previous review (last updated 27 May 2025) noted that CPD Professionals had identified links to insurance companies, with the observation that referral or incentive arrangements may affect the perception of independence. At the date of this review (8 May 2026), no insurance partnership or referral arrangement is disclosed on the CPD Professionals website.

Additionally, in correspondence with The CPD Register dated 5 February 2026, it was noted that a number of former International Beauty Academy franchisees had subsequently become clients of CPD Professionals. The CPD Register requested that the director document how any potential conflicts of interest in accrediting former franchisees are managed, and what processes exist to ensure objectivity. No response to this specific point was received in the correspondence available to The CPD Register.

CPD Professionals Limited is registered at Companies House under SIC code 85590 — Other education not elsewhere classified. This code is broadly consistent with an education-related services business but would equally describe a training provider. This is consistent with the broader observations in Sections 7 and 9 regarding UKRLP registration and the director's training background.

The CPD Register notes a material point regarding the trading history of the business. The Website Compliance Advisory Report issued by The CPD Register on 15 January 2025 identified that the website footer displayed a data protection registration date of "13 August 2005," which pre-dated both the incorporation of CPD Professionals Limited (16 January 2023) and the director's apparent acquisition or control of the business. As at the date of the Advisory Report, the director was advised to replace this with "CPD Professionals Register of Accredited Providers" or equivalent wording.
Comparative language including "more personalised approach" and "competitive pricing" remain present on the homepage at the date of this review.
The footer continues to carry the copyright notice "CPD Professionals 2025" and a "Powered By: Social Boost" attribution.

The CPD Register notes that the director engaged constructively with the Advisory Report process and made a number of amendments to the website following its receipt.
