The website
https://cpdprofessionals.co.uk/ was accessible and fully functional at the date of this review (8 May 2026). All principal pages — homepage, About, Pricing, Accreditation Criteria, Terms and Conditions, Accredited Companies, What is CPD, Blog, and Contact — loaded correctly.
The CPD Register issued a Website Compliance Advisory Report to CPD Professionals Limited on 15 January 2025, identifying seven areas of potential ASA CAP Code concern. In correspondence dated 5 February 2026, The CPD Register noted that some but not all of the recommendations had been implemented at that date. Specific items that remained outstanding as at 5 February 2026 included: comparative and superiority claims on the homepage (including "leading accreditation body" and "more personalised approach"), an unattributed testimonial on the Pricing page, a reference to the "CPD Standards Register" on the About page (potentially creating confusion with The CPD Standards Office, a separate organisation), and unsubstantiated employer recognition claims on the About page.
As at the date of this review (8 May 2026), The CPD Register has reviewed the live website. The following observations are made:
The "CPD Standards Register" reference on the About page remains visible in the live website text. This phrase was flagged in the Advisory Report as potentially misleading, as it may imply a connection with The CPD Standards Office or with an official governmental register, neither of which applies. As at the date of the Advisory Report, the director was advised to replace this with "CPD Professionals Register of Accredited Providers" or equivalent wording.
Comparative language including "more personalised approach" and "competitive pricing" remain present on the homepage at the date of this review.
The footer continues to carry the copyright notice "CPD Professionals 2025" and a "Powered By: Social Boost" attribution.
The CPD Register notes that the director engaged constructively with the Advisory Report process and made a number of amendments to the website following its receipt. The CPD Register records the outstanding items as factual observations rather than as findings of regulatory breach. No ASA ruling has been issued against CPD Professionals Limited.
