No company number is displayed on the home, About, Pricing, Contact, Accreditation Criteria or Terms and Conditions pages. Companies House lists CPD PROFESSIONALS LIMITED (14595666), a private limited company incorporated on 16 January 2023, status Active, with its registered office at 35 Rodney Street, Liverpool, L1 9EN, the address shown in the site footer. Micro company accounts made up to 31 July 2025 were filed on 29 July 2026, and a confirmation statement dated 8 August 2026 was filed on 29 September 2026. The register shows one current director, appointed on 20 August 2025, who is also the sole person with significant control; two earlier directors resigned in August 2024 and August 2025. Published information
An Accreditation Criteria page sets out standards under the headings Course Content, Trainer Qualifications, Course Delivery, Assessment & Feedback, Policies & Compliance and Branding & Marketing. The Pricing page lists annual accreditation from £96 for one course to £600 for ten courses, and monthly plans of £80 for 10 to 15 courses and £200 for unlimited courses. Terms and Conditions, last updated 30 June 2025, cover the services, payment, refunds and cancellation, and intellectual property. The footer states that the Privacy Policy is available at cpdprofessionals.co.uk/terms; that address, /privacy-policy and /complaints returned a page-not-found response, and we did not find a privacy policy or a complaints procedure on the pages reviewed. The site is served over HTTPS.
The home page states that providers "submit your training materials and resources for approval", and the FAQ states that the badge "confirms that the course content has been reviewed and approved". The About page states that once manuals are approved "you will be assigned a unique registration number". The Accredited Companies page lists accredited providers with a registration number for each. The FAQ states that annual accreditation "is valid for 12 months from the approval date" and that monthly plans remain valid while the subscription is active. An ICO register search for reference ZB735360 (the reference shown in the site footer) and a search by the name "CPD Professionals" returned no entry; a search by the published postcode returned two registrations under other names.
