Identity and legal status
We looked for the legal entity behind the website on the home, About, Packages, Contact, FAQs, Terms and Privacy pages. The site names the business as "CPD Quality Certification" and "CPDQC" and does not name a registered company or display a company number on the pages reviewed. The Terms state "We are registered in the United Kingdom and have our registered office at 160 Kemp House, City Road, London EC1V 2NX". Companies House lists CPD QUALITY LTD (14079024), a private limited company incorporated on 29 April 2022, status active, registered office 61 Union Street, Dunstable, LU6 1EX. The ICO register entry for Cpd Quality Ltd gives the same Ilford address that the website publishes and lists "CPD Certification" among its other names. The filing history records a change of director on 30 May 2025 and of person with significant control on 2 June 2025; first Gazette notices for compulsory strike-off on 26 March 2024 and 1 April 2025, each followed by a notice that the action had been discontinued; and accounts for a dormant company made up to 29 April 2025, filed on 29 July 2026. The filing history does not show 160 Kemp House as a registered office. We looked for connected businesses on the pages reviewed and did not identify any. Accessed 28 October 2026.

The Contact page and the site footer give a postal address at 58 Peregrine Road, Hainault, Ilford, Essex, IG6 3SZ, a London telephone number, and two email addresses, one for general enquiries and one for members. The Terms give a separate registered office address in London EC1V. Published information
The About page states that the Accreditation & Compliance team reviews activities "against the criteria" and looks at "content, delivery, evaluation and accessibility". We looked for the criteria themselves and did not find them on the pages reviewed. The Packages page publishes annual prices: Bronze, 5 course accreditations, £299 a year; Silver, 10, £549; Gold, 15, £749; Platinum, 25, £999; provider registration is stated to be free, with custom plans on request. Terms & Conditions are published, last updated 18 October 2026; section 5 states that CPDQC "accredits activities for a minimum of 1 Year", and section 12 sets out a 14-day refund policy that ends once a course has been accredited. A Privacy Policy is published. We looked for a complaints procedure for the accreditation service and did not find one; the Terms invite complaints "regarding the Site" by email. The site is served over HTTPS.
The Packages FAQ describes one course as "One course or learning activity reviewed and accredited by our team, with its own accreditation number and CPD points". The Verify page offers a lookup for certificate codes, course accreditation numbers, provider numbers and student numbers, and the Providers page lists 10 accredited providers with their CPDQC numbers. The Courses page states "Accredited courses will appear here soon" and lists 0 courses. We looked for a stated cycle for re-reviewing accredited activities and did not find one. An ICO register search by organisation name returned registration ZB329845 for Cpd Quality Ltd, registered 30 April 2022, at the Ilford address published on the site; a search by the published postcode returned more than 100 registrations.
