The Certification Process page states "We have a list of standards and requirements against which we audit any materials that are sent to us for certification", and the Remit page refers to "a set of standards that is passed by the panel and updated annually". We looked for the standards themselves and did not find them on the pages reviewed. On pricing, the How to Get Your Courses CPD Certified page states "We are a not-for-profit organization and do not charge at this time" and refers to a free verification service; the Certification Process page refers to returning materials "along with full payment", certificates for learners "at an extra cost per certificate" and "an annual fee to use our logo". No amounts were found. We looked for terms and conditions at the footer links and at /terms/ and did not find them. The footer links to Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Privacy Statement (EU) pages; when opened, these display a heading and no policy text. We looked for a complaints procedure and did not find one. The Certification Process page describes a five-stage process in which submitted training materials are audited and a certificate is issued for each course that passes.
