The site footer states "Company Number: 10211776", and the declaration on the application form refers to a "contractual membership agreement with CPD Quality Standards Ltd". Companies House records company 10211776 as CPD QUALIFICATION STD. LTD, an active private limited company incorporated on 2 June 2016, named PRIMAL BELLS LTD until 26 October 2017. Its registered office is in Rothwell, Kettering NN14 6JB, which differs from the London address published on the website (see Section 2). The register shows one current director, appointed in October 2017, who is also the sole person with significant control, holding 75% or more of the shares. Micro-company accounts made up to 30 June 2025 were filed on 17 March 2026, and a confirmation statement dated 26 January 2026 was filed the same day; the next accounts are due by 31 March 2027. The ICO register lists "CPD QUALITY STANDARDS" as another name of CPD Qualification Std Ltd (see Section 3). We looked for connected businesses on the pages reviewed and did not identify any. The Pricing page states that activity materials are reviewed "against our criteria and standards", and the About us page states "We continuously review and refine our accreditation criteria". We looked for the criteria themselves and did not find them on the pages reviewed. The Pricing page publishes yearly plans: S2 £300 (renewal £200, up to 2 activities), S5 £500 (renewal £400, up to 5), S15 £1,050 (renewal £950, up to 15), S25 £1,500 (renewal £1,350, up to 25) and Corporate on quotation. The same page also lists Free (£0, up to 2 courses), Regular (£250 a year, up to 5 courses) and Premium (£400 a year, up to 25 courses) membership plans. The published Terms and Conditions are website-use terms, last updated 2 February 2023; we looked for terms specific to the accreditation service and did not find them. A Privacy Policy is published, without a date. We looked for a complaints procedure on the pages reviewed and did not find one; the paths /complaints-policy/ and /faqs/ returned a page-not-found message. The site is served over HTTPS.
The Get Accredited page states that members submit training activities for accreditation and that, on approval, each course is listed as a CPD accredited activity. The Pricing page states that the review "normally takes an average of 1 week". We looked for a unique accreditation number for each activity and did not find one stated. The Providers page publishes a searchable list ("Showing 6 of 66 results") and the Courses page a list of accredited courses. Plans are priced per year with a renewal fee. The ICO register lists CPD Qualification Std Ltd, registration ZB919616, registered on 23 June 2025 and expiring 22 June 2027, at the Rothwell address, with "CPD QUALITY STANDARDS" as another name; a search by the London postcode returned more than 100 registrations, and a search by name "CPD Quality Standards" returned no entries.
