The address cpdstandardsboard.com now redirects to cpdreviewboard.com, and the site names the business as "CPD Review Board"; the Accredit a course page refers to "the CPD Standards Board's criteria" and "the CPD Standards Board accreditation mark". The footer reads "Copyright © 2026 | CPD Review Board | 124 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX". No company name with a legal form or company number is displayed on the pages reviewed. The ICO register lists Cpdsb Ltd, with the other name "CPD Standards Board", at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. We looked for a telephone number and an email address on the home, About, Accreditation, Fees, Contact, Guidelines, Verify and Accredit a course pages and did not find either. The Contact page carries the heading "Contact us" and the text "Please do not use this form to apply to become a CPD Provider". The Accreditation page states that each course or activity is reviewed for "clarity of content, relevance to the target audience, defined learning outcomes, and an appropriate level of depth", and sets out provider eligibility rules. The Accredit a course page lists the materials required before applying and states that the assessor reviews structure, learning outcomes, content suitability, learner support, engagement and attendance and completion records. Pricing is published on the Fees page: CPD Provider £200 ("Registration includes one course assessment"); CPD Course Assessment £200; Annual Renewal £100 (no changes) or £200 (extensive changes); Webinar / Masterclass £200; Events £300 (80–300 people), £500 (301–600) and £800 (601–1,000).
We looked for terms and conditions, a privacy policy and a complaints procedure in the navigation and footer and on the pages reviewed and did not find them; requests for /terms-and-conditions/, /privacy-policy/ and /complaints/ returned page not found. The site is served over HTTPS. The Fees page states "Each training course, webinar, event, or podcast is accredited individually" and that accreditation "is valid for 12 months from the date it is awarded", with renewal per programme. The Accredit a course page states that each time CPD credits are issued "a unique certificate number is generated". The Verify page offers a certificate ID check and a register search by provider or programme name or "the full 13-character provider number", and states that "Accreditation attaches to the individual programme, not to the provider".
