We looked for the checklist or criteria and did not find them on the pages reviewed. We looked for prices or a fee basis on the home, About Us, Become Accredited and Apply to be Accredited pages and did not find them. We looked for terms and conditions for the accreditation service and for a complaints procedure on the pages reviewed and did not find either; the Sign-up form includes an "I accept terms" checkbox without a linked terms page. A Privacy Policy is published, stated to have been last updated in January 2023. The site is served over HTTPS.

We looked for a unique accreditation number for providers or courses and did not find one stated. The Providers page lists 25 "CPD-TP Certification Providers", and a Verify Certificate page allows a certificate to be checked by certificate ID and mode of delivery.
